Nikos Iliadis is a graduate of the Department of Information Science & Informatics in Corfu and the head of the IT department at ΙΩΝΙΚΗ Technologies.
He is responsible for the smooth operation of the data center owned by the ΙΩΝΙΚΗ group, which supports all the group’s companies at an infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) level. It also hosts all the web and email servers of the companies, as well as the cloud platform CITIBILL, which belongs to the namesake technology company of the group.
Nikos Iliadis organizes and schedules upgrades and maintenance of software and hardware, performs diagnostic actions to identify potential issues, and oversees their resolution.
His responsibilities include proposing upgrades and improvements to the technological infrastructure of the ΙΩΝΙΚΗ group.
He installs and configures the appropriate software based on specifications, while also ensuring the security and confidentiality of networks and computer systems, as well as implementing data recovery plans.
