Giota Koutra is the Head of the Programming Department at the ΙΩΝΙΚΗ Group, supporting all organizational and coordination activities of the Group's companies while maintaining the Group’s values and adhering faithfully to its corporate culture. She has been a member of the team since 2013.

As part of the continuous growth of the Group, which innovates by following international operating standards, she consistently contributes to the development of the department, reporting administratively to ΙΩΝΙΚΗ Holdings.

On a daily basis, she undertakes the organization and monitoring of each project, from the initial contact with the client to its completion. She breaks down each project into smaller executable tasks, which are then delegated to the appropriate personnel responsible for their supervision and execution.

In addition, she provides guiding principles based on the prioritization of tasks while ensuring the quality of deliverables as the person in charge of quality control.

Specifically, in the context of project management, she keeps clients informed throughout the project's duration via teleconferences and progress reports, involving them in decision-making before each step. The ultimate goal is to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.

For the Group, Giota serves as the bridge between client requirements and the company, connecting needs with service delivery while filtering information for accuracy. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Democritus University of Thrace (DUT), with a master's degree specializing in metal structures.
