The Giota Koutra is the head of the department of planning of the group ΙΩΝΙΚΗ, supporting all the actions of the organization and the coordination of the activities of the group companies, while maintaining the values and adhering to the corporate culture, as a member of the team since 2013.
In the context of the continuous development of the group, which is innovated following the international standards of operation, assist continuously the development of the department of belonging administratively to the ΙΩΝΙΚΗ Holdings.
Daily undertakes the organization and monitoring of each project from the first contact with the client until the completion, by breaking it into smaller to-run operations which carry on with the responsibility of monitoring and enforcement.
In addition, it provides the guidelines on the basis of the definition of priorities and at the same time ensuring the quality of deliverables as a competent quality control.
In particular, in the context of the management of the works, shall inform their clients throughout the duration of the project, through video-conferencing and progress reports, keeping them partakers in decision-making before each step, with the ultimate goal of the compliance schedule and satisfaction.
For the group, the Iota is the bridge between customer requirements and company, which connects requirements and service, filtering the correctness of the information. She is a graduate of the department of civil engineering of the D.E.Th., with a master degree and a specialization in steel structures.
