In the modern world, the concept of entrepreneurship is often identified with the pursuit of profit and economic growth. However, one approach, which is our proposal is emerging that of the human-centered business development, which places the human person at the centre of business activities. This approach recognises that the true success of a company cannot be measured only in terms of profit but also by its effect on human well-being and development.

The human-centric entrepreneurship is not just an alternative approach, but a necessity in our time. In a world where consumers are becoming increasingly savvy, businesses are encouraged to adapt and adopt practices that mount in the center of the man.

Extra geared in the creation of products based on the improved user experience and durability. For example, a company with a human-centred sign will not opt for the production of a cheap product, often impersonated well-known brand, only achieve a temporary profit.

The same is true with regard to the provision of services. For example, a construction company with a people-centred approach will be chosen to design spacious apartments, which allow residents to live comfortably.

In addition, we take care to provide communal areas such as gardens, playgrounds, promoting social interaction and well-being of the residents.

Of course, each such option lead to an inevitable increase in the cost of production of the product or the cost of providing a service. But there is the essence of human-centered development of a company. Such guidance companies choose to absorb the cost increase, and sacrificed temporarily a part of their profits to ensure the success of the project. The substance of shaping a product or service while respecting the needs, aspirations and rights of the people, by making them at the same time affordable to the whole of society. Therefore, products and services of companies that operate human-centered, doesn't mean it's increased cost for the customer.

Viability of the human-centered development

As already mentioned, companies that choose to do business with the axis of human well-being are faced with a reduction in their income due to the absorption of the additional costs. At the same time the anthropocentric orientation of a company clearly works as a deterrent for each customer, which the "I" are not in line with the basic principles on which works for a company. For example, there's very little chance to apply to a customer in a building that proposes and supports the horizontal layout for the construction of a skyscraper. This means that the company claims its share of part and not the whole market.

However, these losses are of a temporary nature. In the long term, such companies will reduce to a minimum the losses of customers, which will eventually lead to the damping of such an investment.

In addition, given the consumer shift to human-centered products, will increase the turnover of such enterprises, by compensating for the small percentage of profit. This approach can be adopted through the transparency of business practices, the promotion of equality and integration, and support sustainable practices that protect the environment and the society.
