Stratos Sepetsis is the Procurement Manager at ΙΩΝΙΚΗ Constructions, a graduate Civil Engineer from the School of Technological Applications of Thessaly.
His main goal is to develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with the general objectives of the ΙΩΝΙΚΗ group companies.
He is responsible for the procurement and monitoring of supplies, while ensuring that materials and goods are received and subsequently delivered on time, in good condition, and in the correct quantities, contributing to the high-quality and timely execution of projects for clients.
His work, which varies from procuring construction materials for ΙΩΝΙΚΗ Constructions to sourcing raw materials for the production of chocolate products for ΙΩΝΙΚΗ Gaia, requires the creation of an efficient network of partners. Therefore, evaluating existing suppliers and identifying new ones is a key part of his responsibilities. In addition to managing supplier relationships, Stratos Sepetsis also handles the storage, distribution, and inventory levels of each company, while forecasting future demand.
Finally, he negotiates favorable contracts, taking into account market trends, changes in regulations, and new technologies that may affect the supply chain.
