Euthymia Stagoni is an Economist and the head of the finance department at ΙΩΝΙΚΗ Holdings. She is a graduate of the School of Management and Economics, Department of Accounting, at the International Hellenic University in Kavala.
Her main responsibility is the preparation of budgets for all the companies within the ΙΩΝΙΚΗ group, which she monitors both retrospectively and during their implementation.
At the same time, she oversees the operation of the entire department, as well as ensuring the lawful operation of the companies within the group.
As a senior executive, Euthymia Stagoni, in collaboration with the legal department, supervises the processes of conversion and establishment of companies into various legal forms, the drafting of founding statutes, and the increase of share capital.
Finally, for all the companies within the group, she participates in board meetings and in the managerial decisions that arise and are recorded in the minutes of shareholder meetings.
