Euthymia Stagoni is an Economist and head of the financial department of the company ΙΩΝΙΚΗ Holdings, a graduate of the Faculty of Management and Economics department of accounting of the current International University of Greece, Kavala.
Main responsibility is the preparation of budgets for all the companies in the group ΙΩΝΙΚΗ, which are controlled by the same accountably, and during their execution.
At the same time, monitor the operation of the entire department, as well as the legitimate operation of the group companies.
As a senior executive, the Euthymia Stagoni headed, in cooperation with the legal department, the processes of conversion and recommendation, in various types of legal form, companies, pensions founding statutes and increases in share capital.
Finally, for all the group companies, is involved in boardrooms and in administrative decisions arise, and are reflected in the minutes of the meetings of shareholders.
