Photovoltaics are an investment that is definitely worth it. Below we present everything that you need to know about the installation of your photovoltaics. The solar energy that reaches to the photovoltaic panels is converted into electrical because of the photovoltaic phenomenon. PV panels generate DC current while loads consume alternating currents. Installation on a terrace

In none of the above cases the roof is particularly burdensome because it is constructed to withstand much greater burdens. For example, the load of snow that can fall in winter has a much larger weight than the installation.

Installation on a roof

As for tiled roofs, the PV panels are positioned so that their slope is tilted to the slope of the roof. In order to support them, several dimensional hooks can be used  which are screwed onto the roof frame (after removing some tiles, which will be repositioned after the completion of the works) on which an aluminum profile is placed on which the panels are mounted. Under no circumstances will an insulation problem be addressed. In the case of the tile roof, there should be a clearance of 0.5 m width perimeter of the roof.

Installation on a shelter

In many cases, the area of ​​the roof or the roof surface facing south is not sufficient for the panels to be installed. A good solution is to build a shelter within the home environment (especially in villages that have a large yard area), which is designed to cover the area exactly as needed for the installation of panels for the power of 10 kW. It is a reliable and quick solution, because for its construction only a small-scale work permit is required from the town planning service, which is usually issued within 10 days of submitting the required supporting documents.
