The project concerned the modernization of an existing shellfish industry. The tasks included steel structures, industrial flooring, offices construction, waste treatment and disposal projects, refrigeration chambers as well as transportation trucks (refrigerated trucks). The industry was was subsidized through the Measure 2.3 “Processing and Commerce” program, Priority Axis 2 of the Fishery operational program 2007-2013.
