Engineering studies include all those studies that are required for the design as well as the daily requirements of a home (house automation etc). Firstly, with the topographic diagram and the responsible engineer, the actual condition of the building plot in which the building will be located, is captured. Architectural design is then achieved, where the energy efficiency filter is managed in colllaboration with the engineers (electrical-mechanical-environmental) but of course the requirements, the needs of the owner with the philosophy of aesthetics of our projects.

IONIKI has completed so far more than 80 studies (Topographical, Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical, Environmental) for residences.
